Refund policy

We offer a flexible 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You cannot return sale items or items purchased with a coupon code as these are final sale items. We cannot accept items that have missing tags, been worn, washed, or damaged. There are no returns or exchanges on international orders.

To start a return, simply login to your account and initiate the return from your orders page. If your return is accepted, we will schedule a pickup where you will return the item with our delivery agent. For more on our exchange and return process & steps kindly visit our FAQ page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, sale items, items purchased with a coupon code, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or items like mugs, cups, eyewear, socks, etc (for hygiene reasons as stated in each individual product page). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders.

Exchanges
We are not currently able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new order should be placed for the replacement items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (delivery and pickup fees apply based on location). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
